1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and e7e7 ("e7e7", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the e7e7 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming and betting services available at e7e7.vip.

By creating an account, accessing any part of the e7e7 platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the e7e7 platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the e7e7 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion or game rule, the specific rule shall take precedence for that particular context only.

e7e7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time without prior notice. We further reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.1 Language and Governing Version

These Terms are written and published in English. The English-language version of these Terms is the authoritative and legally governing version. Any translation provided for convenience purposes is not legally binding, and in the event of any discrepancy between a translated version and the English original, the English version shall prevail.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

The e7e7 platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, deposit funds, or participate in any gaming or betting activity on the e7e7 platform. By accepting these Terms, you declare and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following conditions to be eligible to hold and use an e7e7 account:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are not acting as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an e7e7 employee in a role with access to platform data or systems.
• You have not previously had an e7e7 account permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, either self-imposed through the e7e7 platform or applied by e7e7 at its discretion.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming or sports betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

2.2 Age Verification Process

e7e7 reserves the right to request proof of age from any account holder at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Accounts for which age verification cannot be completed to e7e7's satisfaction may be suspended pending document review. Withdrawals from unverified accounts will be held until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of e7e7 gaming and betting services, you must register a personal account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details, and your preferred payment method information.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on the e7e7 platform at any time. This policy applies per person, per household address, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under an alias, or using another person's identity — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the permanent forfeiture of any balances held therein, including real-money deposits.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide truthful, accurate information at registration and to keep your account details up to date at all times. e7e7 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account details provided by the Player. Should e7e7 discover that any registration information was materially false, the affected account may be closed immediately without prior notice.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

e7e7 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. As part of this programme, e7e7 may request the following documents at any stage of your account's lifecycle:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card (NID), passport, or driver's licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document confirming your residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Confirmation that you are the authorised user of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account used for deposits.
• Source of Funds: In cases involving large deposits or withdrawal requests, e7e7 may request documentation confirming the legitimate origin of funds.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your e7e7 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) used for two-factor authentication. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. e7e7 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and e7e7 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

e7e7 facilitates deposits and withdrawals exclusively through the approved payment methods listed on the platform at any given time. Approved methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. e7e7 does not accept cash deposits, international wire transfers, or cryptocurrency transactions unless explicitly stated otherwise on the platform.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Deposits are generally credited to your e7e7 account within five (5) minutes of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider.
• e7e7 does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which e7e7 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your own name may be declined or subject to enhanced verification. e7e7 reserves the right to return any deposit made using a third-party payment source and close the associated account.
• e7e7 reserves the right to set individual deposit limits on accounts at its discretion, particularly in connection with responsible gaming obligations or fraud prevention measures.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the platform, typically within five (5) minutes for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the e7e7 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• e7e7 reserves the right to conduct additional security and identity checks on any withdrawal request before processing. This may extend processing times in individual cases.
• Where a deposit was made via a specific payment method, e7e7 may require that a corresponding withdrawal be returned to that same method up to the value of the original deposit before any remaining funds are released to an alternative method.
• Any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 5 before they may be withdrawn.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

e7e7 is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or the financing of any unlawful activity. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. Where e7e7 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a transaction may be connected to unlawful activity, it reserves the right to freeze the affected account, withhold funds, and report the matter to the relevant authorities. Cooperation with such investigations is mandatory, and any Player found to have used the e7e7 platform for money laundering purposes will have their account permanently closed and all funds forfeited.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

From time to time, e7e7 offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria — including minimum deposit, qualifying games, time limits, and account status requirements — will be specified for each individual promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement ("rollover") that must be completed in full before any associated bonus winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are used after real-money balances unless otherwise specified. Real-money winnings generated while a bonus is active may be subject to maximum withdrawal limits stated in the promotion terms.

• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless e7e7 explicitly states that multiple bonuses may be combined.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

e7e7 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts or platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, and exploiting errors in bonus calculations. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all associated bonuses and bonus-derived winnings forfeited, and may be subject to account closure under Section 7.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a condition of your use of the e7e7 platform, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in strict compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this agreement:

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Multiple Accounts: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one e7e7 account, whether in your own name or under a third party's identity.
• Fraudulent Deposits: Depositing funds using a payment method that does not belong to you, using stolen financial credentials, or initiating fraudulent chargebacks following a losing wager.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share card information in live games, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics in a manner not available to ordinary manual users.
• Vulnerability Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your age, location, or eligibility status.
• Unlawful Use: Using the e7e7 platform for any purpose prohibited by applicable law, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the financing of unlawful activities.

6.2 Responsible Use

You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk. You agree to use the e7e7 platform responsibly and within your personal financial means. e7e7 provides voluntary responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session controls, and self-exclusion — and strongly encourages all players to make use of them. 7. Account Suspension & Closure

e7e7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct listed in Section 6.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe specified by e7e7.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Receipt of a chargeback from your payment provider in connection with a deposit to e7e7.
• Discovery that a duplicate account has been created in violation of the One Account Policy.
• A voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.

7.1 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of an account for a breach of these Terms, e7e7 reserves the right to forfeit any real-money balance, bonus balance, and accumulated winnings held in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a Terms breach — such as a voluntary closure request by a verified account holder — the remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players wishing to voluntarily close their e7e7 account may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests should be completed and any remaining balance should be wagered or withdrawn. Accounts closed voluntarily by the Player are not automatically subject to balance forfeiture.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, e7e7 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the e7e7 platform, including but not limited to: loss of wagered funds resulting from your gaming decisions; losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or data transmission failures; or losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms.

8.1 Platform Availability

e7e7 strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure outages, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. e7e7 is not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — incurred as a result of platform downtime.

8.2 Game Integrity

In the event of a technical failure — including disconnection during a live casino game or a sports betting session — e7e7 will endeavour to resolve the affected session in accordance with its technical incident policy. Where a game outcome cannot be determined due to a technical failure, the relevant wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's account balance. e7e7's determination of how to handle a technical incident is final and binding.

8.3 Third-Party Game Providers

Games on the e7e7 platform are supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. While e7e7 works only with certified providers, it is not responsible for any errors, defects, or failures originating within a third-party game engine. Disputes arising from third-party game outcomes must be raised with e7e7 support at [email protected], and e7e7 will liaise with the relevant provider on the Player's behalf.

8.4 Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming law and player protection standards. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the e7e7 platform that cannot be resolved through the e7e7 complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
